CVSAS offers a wide variety of Safety Services specifically tailored for the Bus Industry. We assist our clients in the implementation of a "Premier Safety Program". The initial phase of our programs involves an in-depth analysis of the existing safety controls, level of compliance, and the expertise of the Companies supervisory personnel. The analysis is based on the information collected during our Safety Compliance Audit. We look at the Companies policies & procedures, hiring and screening of drivers, training, accident handling, drug & alcohol testing program and do an accident analysis during the audit. We provide function specific recommendations to the client, enabling them to further enhance their safety controls and improve their level of compliance.

We then analyze your Company's loss experience from the perspective of frequency, causational analysis, and accident repeaters. Recommendations for corrective measures (including driver re-training) are also provided.
